I have spent most of the past 25 years working as a professional Chef. My woodworking hobby had gotten me through the worst of the pandemic, and in 2022 I decided to leave the kitchens behind and turn my hobby into a second career. Much of my approach to woodworking is informed by my time working in kitchens. The attention to detail, the passion for working with the best materials. More than anything, I love creating things with my hands and knowing that the items I make will last for a lifetime.

Much of what I make is designed for use in the kitchen. My experience as a chef influences many of the designs and materials that I prefer to work with. In addition to kitchen wares, I also love making furniture and would love to hear any ideas you might have for custom pieces.

My pieces are as functional as they are beautiful and guaranteed to last for generations.
